One of our sought after selection of collectable vintage classic scarves. This one was designed by Henri d'Origny in 1970 and comes in bright electric, blue, hot pink and other stunningly bold colours. This scarf features the trademark Hermes horsey Le Mors a la Conetable design. The silk square measures approximately 89 x 89 cm and is in good, wearable vintage condition.

Think of all the icons who have worn classic scarves like these - from Jackie Onassis and Princess Margaret, through to Margaret Thatcher and Princess Diana. Even the Queen wears Hermes scarves, proof enough that these scarves are the ultimate in traditional uptown chic and will never lose their intrinsic value - that's why those curiously clever yuppies nicked the idea from shy but chi chi Sloanes in the first place. Best bag a smidgen of horsey heritage whilst it's still available.
