Original Laura Ashley early 1980s pale pink ruffle front shirt, of the variety worn by Lady Diana Spencer before she became the Princess of Wales. Fitted UK size 12 with pleated sleeve detail, natural pearl buttons, tucking detail at shoulders and wide ruffle, with trademark bow to collar. Excellent vintage condition.

This collectable piece of Laura Ashley's work is a rare example of authentic Supersloane culture and should probably be in a museum. Reminds me of the days when Lady Di was the Sloane Ranger heroine of romance, noblesse oblige and everything that 'really matters'.
