Freshly made and exquisitely perfumed bath oil, presented in a dramatic black glass container, reminiscent of an old fashioned apothecary's jar. Cajeput is a energizing camphorous scent with a slightly fruity edge. The bath oil is individually hand made for ShopCurious, using only natural ingredients - in this case vitis vinifera seed oil, melaluca leucadendron cajaputi extract and plysortbate 80 (limonene linalol). Each jar contains 100ml for a curiously invigorating bath.

This oil is made personally for you in a little village in rural France by a delightfully eccentric husband and wife team who left the corporate and legal professions to get back to something more creative. Their products are made entirely by hand - so the oil has been hand mixed before each measure is poured individually into a jar. Their goal is to get back to the root of perfume using basic raw materials - it's about as far away from a mass consumerism as you can get. And the name, Mad et Len - is an offbeat reference to Proust's Remembrance of Things Past (madeleine). Curiously delicious and clever too. Bravo!
