1940s sequined crepe evening dress

Price £175.00

Rather lovely strappy black crepe evening dress with classic 1940s ruching to the skirt, tight fitting bodice and beautifully detailed dusky pink and monochrome sequin flower detail. Approximately 130 cm long from the top of the shoulder (including the strap) to the base of the hem. Shows some signs of having lived an exciting life and has shed some sequins, but is generally in good vintage condition.

This dress has the most utterly flattering shape and would make a simply divine prom outfit, perhaps dressed up with a fur-style stole, but could also be worn dressed down with pumps and a cardie for a less formal night on the town. A fairly affordable extravagance too.
