Set of six individually hand painted placemats by Chinese-inspired Norfolk based artist, Stephanie Douet. Stephanie creates furniture, sculpture and objects based on historical Chinoiserie designs and artefacts. The paintings on these mats are taken from original blue and white historically accurate Ming designs. Placemats come in a set of 6 of the same design and are painted on to plywood, which is left fashionably unfinished on the reverse and measure 30 x 25 cm.
