Exquisite hand painted, lacquered Chinoiserie style musical jewellery box with red velvet lined compartments. The fully working winding mechanism plays a Viennese waltz at a rather slow speed. Comes with original key and measures approximately 28 x 20.5 x 7 cm. Good vintage condition, with a tiny scuff on one corner of the box.
