Quirky little vintage shell teapot

Price £20.00

Unique vintage shell tea pot that’s perfect if your making tea for one. Probably from the late 1950s, or early ‘60s, the teapot is glazed in a style reminiscent of Victorian majolica ware. Reinforced carrying handle and shell stopper lid. Measures approx 19 cm high x 17 cm across x 18 cm long including spout. Fair vintage condition - very slightly chipped (beneath lid) and a little roughly made on the underside of the teapot (not visible but very characterful).

Highly individual mini shell shaped teapot that would make an unusual gift, or a unique addition to your kitchenware. Curiously collectable and rather kitsch too.
