This curiously collectable original 1973 Biba cotton summer dress has a pencil strap design with a straight bodice top, Empire Line fit, and a full length full circle cut design skirt. The dress is in good condition with no holes, and just has a couple of small faint marks. Biba-Boys say, "this is super cute and perfect for summer."
