Delivery & Returns


Delivery to UK addresses will usually be within 3-4 days from the date of your order, but please allow up to 7 days. Delivery time to other international destinations will vary according to the location and the speed of delivery service.


We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if your item is faulty, does not fit, or is not in the condition that you expected, we are happy to accept returns and offer exchanges, credit note or refunds - s imply return the unused/unopened product in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Unfortunately we cannot bear the cost of shipping the returned item, however, if the goods were damaged in transit we will refund all shipping costs. We advise all returned products be sent using a delivery service that insures for the value of the goods. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the tag(s) still attached.

To complete your return, please email info@shopcurious confirming your order number and the reason for your return and we will send you a returns label. It is strongly recommended that you mail the return using a trackable or guaranteed postal delivery service. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including sale items, made to order or individually customised items, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers and magazines, downloadable software products and intimate items of clothing,


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of receipt.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card issuer, and finally your bank. There is often a period of processing time before a refund is deposited in your account. If you have still not received your refund after following this procedure, please contact us at info@shopcurious.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the item was shipped to the giver’s address, we will send a refund to the present giver and they will be notified of your return.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, pre-paid shipping costs made at the time of the original order will be refunded.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you will vary
